I rented a car from richard from this company when my car broke down. Despite his tight schedule. He and his female colleague rushed down to their office to make available a hyundai avante grey for me. Enjoyed driving the car. Aircon was very cold and engine was quiet. Car felt alot more powerful and comfortable then my toyota rush. Explained to me all the terms and conditions nicely and very transparent in dealings. Rented cars from Aurora on two separate occasion. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very patient in answering my questions and concerns. Staffs were also very prompt and helpful in resolving any issue with the vehicle during the rental period. Aurora's vehicle are quite well maintained, of course don't expect their vehicle to be like new cars found in dealership. Some of the vehicles are quite old (2005-2010 of various make) but they have very strict standard in vehicle maintenance and hygiene so you can be sure to expect vehicles running well and clean interior. The only reason they didn't get full mark is because their vehicles are slightly more expensive (+$10-$15) over other rental companies, but treat this as a positive. You pay slightly more to get professional service, a clean and well maintained vehicle. Of course you can always choose a company that's cheaper, but at what cost? What will you do if you are stranded in the middle of the night with a dead battery (because you accidentally forgot to turn off the light while parking), what will you do if you got into an accident and the company you chose to rent from didn't help you? You can be assured of your safety and mental sanity when you rent from Aurora. Do call the office early as they are quite popular for rental (especially during festive season). FYI, the moment Sg-my checkpoint relaxed covid guidelines, Aurora ran out of car to rent out. That's how popular they were. I have rented 3 months for Toyota Vios SJR61- on 28 Feb 2022 with them. Mr Yeo is very friendly guy, who has provided me with a short valuable lesson on how to deal with car tips and hacks. The car rental fees is reasonable, and car condition is good & Clean. Mr Yeo will take care of you almost when you needed, and I have no complaints of them. Superb experience with them and still their ongoing happy customer!
