One of the most fuel efficient cars ever!!! `
The new vios is based on the same platform as the Belta. Although it is 1.3L, I must say that it is one of the best cars on the roads today. With a tank of 42 litres, i can run around 650-700 km for a full tank. Now tell me, how many cars today can run that far with that amount of petrol?? With the ever increasing petrol prices, I definitely didn't regret buying this car. N not to mention that Belta is a Japanese made car and im assured of the higest QC and reliability. I've owned the car for 1.5 years already and the car never give me any problems. Sad to say though, if the car is fully loaded, the car is very much underpowered while moving off. Another flaw that i must mention is the non-existent RPM gauge. Its quite difficult to monitor your RPM and the amount of pressure applied on the accelerator. I have tried driving in Malaysia and im able to reach 180km/h easily with the car fully loaded with 5 people and the needle not able to go any higher. Overall, i must say that Belta is a fantastic car to drive and is surprisingly stable going at high speeds. With its small turning radius, im able to corner late into bends and not oversteer. Not to mention the ease when executing u-turns, even on a 2 lane road. Of course, its not the perfect car but with the price and low maintenance, it definitely is a car that most should consider, given the low fuel consumption, compared to many other cars.
