My 8th car: Excellent people mover `
Bought this car for about 33k in March23 & sold it off at 28k after 1mth. Chanced upon it when browsing for Parf MPVs to minimise any abuse VS COE-MPVs. Would have hold this car till end COE if not for my financial situation

Great comfy ride! `
My family just bought a Mazda 8 last month. really excellent ride. 1. Value for money . 159k for a MPV is good value. esp with the amt of gadget we're getting. 2. Lotsa space. even the 3rd row can comfortably sit 2 full size adults. or even 3 small adults/kids. 3. Very smooth comfortably ride even with 7 passengers. just finished a road trip to malaysia. very happy with the performance.

Most High Tech MPV `
Finally collected my new Mazda 8 and really impressed with its automation and tech features... in fact quite a few features came to me as a surprise as they may be new features for the new Mazda 8 that was not even announced. The standard specification of the Mazda 8 is already very impressive as it comes with Automatic power sliding doors, automatic liftgate, automatic headlights, automatic wipers, electric powered 3rd row seat return mechanism, electric powered sunroof, keyless entry, 3 zone aircon with individual control, and of course... the 2 comfortable ottoman seats.... those are the reason why we choose this MPV as compared to other similar full size MPV models. The few surprise features that I did not expect is that now the steering wheels comes with volume, navigation and mode control for the entertainment system which I think the old models do not have. It is really useful especially to control volume of music during drive and when someone wanted to talk on the phone. The entertainment system is really a good one, other than the standard gps, cd/dvd player, radio, it can take control of my ipod from its touchscreen. Means I could hide my ipod away and all controls are from the entertainment system touchscreen. The bluetooth handsfree is very clear and works perfectly with my iphone5. Now I do not have to take out my phone to switch to speakers mode when someone calls anymore. The last surprise is the automatic power fold side mirrors that will automatically fold when one locks the car, this is really useful when parking at tight lots or lots next to columns. As other's review, the drive is a smooth and quiet one. The car is easy to control and rear camera is really useful for parking such a big car. Still trying to get use the size of the car... but for the spaciousness this car has... it is the right choice to get a full size MPV for the family. Whole family loves it.... Soooo High Tech!

Comfy MPV on the go `
Test drove Mazda 8 on a weekend. At stationary form, it is strikingly large at all angles. Nice headlights and rear cluster lights. Speed dials are nice and bright. The drive was slow and comfortable. Tried to outrun a taxi at the start of the traffic light junction but it took a lot of effort to get it into a momentum and it just took its time to accelerate. I wonder if Madza 8 can overtake vehicles on the north-south highway. U-turn and parking were effortless.
