most affordable and well most value buy!! `
Having test drived the Cerato hatchback, i have reached the point that Kia is going to take the toyota soon, may not be so soon but definitely the time is coming. when you have a capital of 80-90k and you go to the market to find a ride which matched your pocket, you may find many competitors for the Forte, like hyundai chevy and toyota or even VW but, you should first test drive this beauty to find the plus points in cerato which others do not have them, very well designed interior and nice exterior will amaze you at first glance and have to mention the good after sales servise from kia in singapore, which definitely is much more better than some other brands here in the island. good fuel consumption, good and quiet ride as well as the comfort for the front and back passengers will give you the final point to make and reserve a Cerato for your family.

Koreans moved up the curve `
It wasn't so long ago that Kia was selling mediocre cars. But in the intervening years, Kia have been quick studies when it comes to meeting or exceeding industry standards. If imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, we imagine Mazda must be pretty stoked the first time it saw the rear end of the 2011 Kia Forte five-door. With its forward-raked backlight, roof spoiler, triangular quarter-windows, and similar C-pillar treatment, the Forte hatch is stylistically reminiscent of the first-gen Mazda 3. Indeed, even as the Kia’s kicky rear end is attached to the straight sides and beveled mug of the Forte sedan, it says 'Mazda' to us far louder than 'Kia'. But the Kia's proportions seem even tidier than the Mazda's, partly on account of the paring of rear overhang from the Forte sedan's silhouette.

Cheap and Good! `
It is small yet has a slight look that would say that it has something wild hidden under its hood. Just looking at this car, makes me want to take it out for a spin. The hatchback outlook gives the Forte a more sporty look as compared to its sedan brothers and its rear taillights and front grills gives it an evil look of a potential speed demon. When you get into the driver's seat, you wont be overwhelmed by how many gadgets, knobs nor functions but the basic feel of a car that would be your pillar of support for your family and friends. First expression you get is stability. Its engine performance is surprisingly decent. One that surpasses your expectations if you have driven the older Korean's like the Hyundai's or Daewoo's. Power is acceptable and if you're driving in towns on a hot day, the air-conditioning definitely works well! In driving this car around bends and turns, it takes a surprisingly different feel. You'd expect the car to roll and its center of gravity to move higher and towards the rear, however, that didnt happen. In fact, it remains approximately balanced and the roll of the car is less than what you would have expected. I would surmise however, that with this car, it is possible to put one in a racing track and it would do a decent lap time. In fact, I would say that KIA has come a long way in manufacturing cars and they're catching up(if not already) with the other bigger, older players in the automobile industry. This car, is reasonably priced, surprisingly stable, performs surprisingly well. I take my hat off when I drove this car in the USA. I was expecting a granny type car, but I found it to be more of a car I'd buy for my daughter's 21st birthday. One I know will not guzzle money and will keep my daughter safe.

Great design and handling! `
Just received my car on 22 Aug 2011. I was told by many people to avoid buying Kia for whatever reasons but decided to give this a try when it was launched as it was love at first sight on the exterior & interior. I am amazed by the advanced features and functions available in this model, and I would definitely give it a thumbs up.
