Review
Walked by few times wanting to try out this brand but was skeptical initially towards it...after hearing from previous owners on the quality and built of it.

Hence, now is owned by VW Group (same family as VW, Audi), decided to walk into the showroom to see it....

Surprisingly, the look of the car is as of its name, SUPERB...styling is kinda conservative still but overall is a huge car from outside...maybe has got some VW design ideas in it as looking closer to the Passat and body cornering like A4.

Interior, it looks exactly the replica of Passat, comes with satellite nav, push start, panaromic sunroof (which you only see in higher range of Audi or VW), daytime lights (think is LED too), auto roll cover at the luggage area (for Combi), rear aircon (which I feel is a must now) and the lists goes on....

Its legroom is also ample and comes with both driver and passenger electric seats (if I didn't remember wrongly).

For its luggage space (in Combi) and boot space (in Sedan) was huge too.

Understand from the sales that it also comes with a feature whereby if you forgot to wind up windows and lock the car, it will do so automatically which I personally find its useful with good thoughts in mind. Plus the folding of mirror when you lock too.

Besides this, there is one feature that you can only see in higher end models of Audi, VW, BMW or even Mercedes which is the electric tailgate. This is indeed a good to have and its able to lower the bonnet in case some places the ceiling is too high.

Also, the sales person showed me the good feature in the sedan Superb, that is the twin door boot system where it can be opened as a sports hatch if your items are big.

The drive was great with its 7-speed DSG gearbox. Revving up the rpm boosts the car almost as immediate to high speeds...

Cornering was also great as no or minimum bodyroll despite this wagon or combi is longer in body.

Only thing is the price I feel is on the high side that makes many turn off from it as its close to a VW Passat or even Audi A4 Variant.

Otherwise, this is definately a considerable car to get without paying loads for its features given.

A SUPERB car indeed !

What I like
- Electric tailgate in Combi
- Panaromic Sunroof in Combi
- Luggage compartment lights when opened in Combi
- Auto roll cover in Combi
- Twin door boot in Sedan
- Bi-Xenon adaptive headlights
- Auto close up when lock vehicle (e.g. Wind up windows, etc...)
- Many more features...

What I do not like
- Nothing much on the features given
- No Electric parking
- Resale value (if you intending to sell off later)
- After sales service or servicing along the use by agent
- Logo of the brand (maybe VW can consider re-brand it with a new design)
- Price (kinda on the high side and close to VW and A4 variant)

Driving the superb combi now.. must say it's a very smooth drive.. way more smooth than my sx4 previously.. perhaps the 1.8l engine and DSG gearbox made the difference.. thou I tot 1.8 vs 1.6 is not that big a diff but after driving.. the difference is apparent

As what many had said, interiors are spacious and well build and the current version is chockfull of equipment

Adaptive bi-xenon headlights, daytime running lights, auto headlights and rain detection wipers, headlight washers, panoramic sunroof, blinds for rear passengers
Electric boot, electric side mirrors, factory RNS-510 GPS, Bluetooth connectivity, supports MDI and SD cards, voice control, parallel park assist, 8 point parking sensors. Factory tinted glass, Loads of leg room and humongous boot. FC is decent at 12.5km/l. some nifty features is rear reading lights which can be set to on when doors open.. good for fitting my girl into car seat in dark carparks

Only complain is the factory tinted glass is not dark enough so abit warm driving in noon-day sun. can be fixed by fixing 3M solar film thou

What I like
Level of equipment for price and of course the spaciousness and smooth gearbox

What I do not like
Nothing to not like about the ride. Just mildly concerned if the distributor is making enough $$ to sustain it's service center!
