Review
The car is a great ride and extremely responsive. The 301BHP engine takes full chage of the car body weight. The pick up is amazing too - feels like a sports car.

What I like
The power to weight ratio is awesome - the features are great - nothing seems to bge missed out.

What I do not like
Interiors are a little bland BMW style. The driver side door armrest rubberised pocket always seems to have an issue. The rubber peels off and it becomes sticky. For changing this plastic/rubber pocket one needs to change the complete arm rest section. Seems to be an isssue with most BMWs - as my previously owned 3 series had the same problem.

The auto start stop of theengine is a bit abrubt.

The shape could have been more balanced in terms of length / width and height- like the X5. The X3 seems to a tad too long for its width - or should have been marginally wider for this length - the look would have been more appealing.

Review
My maiden test drive in a BMW.. Tested the xDrive 20i variant
Not sure if it is psychological but it is indeed a very good drive and handles much better than any vehicle I have driven..
For such a similar price, I find it odd that buyers will even consider the Q5

What I like
8 favorite buttons on HU to assign to 8 frequently used functions
Many features come standard
Electric tailgate
Navigation
Park assist
Auto hold brake
Electronic park brake
And of course a great drive

What I do not like
Car has extremely high level of electronics and that scares me
No reverse camera (optional cost extra)
