I do not own a Guilia but i own a Giulietta. I must commend EuroAutomobile for their aftersales service.

I had my windscreen cracked and unfortunately they have ran out of stock for a new windscreen due to the COVID 19 situation. However, that did not stop them from pulling out all stops to assist me to urgently source for a new windscreen and importing it from other countries other than Italy.

On Guilia, i have test driven the car and its a superb drive. Very tempted to change but I'm loving my Giulietta as much

What I like
Engine performance
Aftersales service

What I do not like
The steering is a little too light for my liking but its just a personal preference.

Test drove the Veloce as there has been much praises for it.

1st look, either you like it or you hate the looks. To me it's a pretty nice looking car, would say speical especially the front grill.

Interior is somewhat disappointing when compare to the competition. Pretty tight door opening, a bit of a squeeze to get into the driver seat, interior is also pretty squeezy at the back. Dash board design looks pretty simple and unsophisticated. Lots of plastics in use. The center display screen size is pretty small for this era of cars.

It packs some standard safety features.

Despite the smaller interior, dated looks, the car's reputation is saved by its engine and the drive. The 2litre engine is powerful and responsive even at standard mode, the hand, info is good with 50/50 weight distribution. Turned on sports mode, it turned into a beast. Engine response is increase, acceleration is superb.

I like the shift paddles, big and nice, was told it's similar to Ferrari's. When you tap in both shifters, the gear changes to Neutral, another tap inthe right paddle shifts the gear into drive, pretty neat.

The reverse camera resolution could be improved along with ththe screen size, its looks pretty small compare to other conti cars.

In terms of engine and the drive, it's comaprable to the new bmw 3 series, I would dare say more responsive as I don't feel any turbo lag.

What I like
- powerful engine
- fast acceleration
- good stability
- good paddle shifters
- driver seat will auto shift back when you off the engine and open the door to facilitate easy exiting, not sure will it do the reverse

What I do not like
- small interior
- dated dash board, it need to improve in order to change catch up with its competition
- No auto hold
- Small center display screen

Giulia has always been the much anticipated car from Alfa Romeo. Alas, the brand is facing an uphill battle with Corporate Crisis for FCA, untested reliability concerns and the viability of of long term survival of this brand in Singapore.

Giulia is truly a driver's car. One simply need to test drive the car to find out the meticulous efforts designers have put in to this car in terms of driveability.

The driver is super sure footed, precise and the car-driver interaction is amazing. The engine performs exceptionally well and the chasis delivers an addicted driving experience.

However, the agent will probably need to improve the discovery experience. The selling approach by price points and ultra-short test drive really does not do this car justice.

This car will appeal to individuals who appreciates enjoyment behind the wheels and Alfa Romeo Loyalist.

What I like
1. Amazing driveability - exceed most luxury european rivals. The ride is crisp, and sharp. Transmission is ultra smooth and engine performance is impeccable.
2. Better value than competing rivals. Price over similar specs german rivals is lower ( For Super Trim ).
3. Alfra Romeo Brand and the history behind Giulia

What I do not like
1. Agent did not do the car justice in the discovery experience. The conversation is about price and closing the deal. The test drive is a small round trip around Leng Kee, thus not allowing Giulia to demonstrate its sorcery.
2. Compact Rear Space - Probably slightly bigger than MB CLA but definitely smaller than A4 and C-Class in rear passenger space.
3. Concern over long term reliability - But this could easily be addressed with convincing driveability.

This car brought me back to the late 80's when I had the chance to experience the 75 Turbo. She gives the same urge to drive fast with a great feeling of power and pose. What is much improve over the old car is the interior finish. It is seriously well put together and ozes quality. The comfort is firm and the sport seats hug the body very well. Its like an Audi with a latin edge.

Drive tests are too short in Singapore and the is no space to experience what such a car can offer. I normal mode it is already quite fast and you have to restrain yourself. Go in sport and manual, you wish to be on a race track to have a lot of fun. Alexandra Rd is definitely not the right place and it takes only a few seconds to go through a couple of gears and vastly exceed what is reasonable. This being said, shifting is both fast and smooth. She can be a beauty or a beast, it is all yours. I cannot imagine the level of craziness the Quadrofoglio version must be with almost twice the power.

Special thanks to the people at Alpha Romeo for their kindness and professionalism. They are real passionate ambassadors of the brand.

What I like
Style and presence
Comfort (on the firm side)
Lovely drive train with enough power to put a huge grin on your face
and a lot more....

What I do not like
They do not have a Giulia cabriolet yet
