Review
The drive is overall good on smooth roads but it gets really bumpy when the road is uneven. The M sports suspension is very hard but cornering and overtaking is superb on wet and dry roads. The twinpower turbo when in sports mode gives you the perfect drive effortlessly. It drives rather well and truly fun to drive. I drove a 2 series coupe and with the same engine and same M-sports but rear-wheel drive setup. However, you don't really see the difference with the X2 and you probably forget X2 is not rear-wheel drive. Happy to drive a X2.

What I like

The car is very well put together.

Good storage compartments everywhere and the boot floorboard can be folded up to create deeper storage space.
Rear seats can be folded down.
Interior lightings have many colours to choose from.

What I do not like
No Safety features available from BMW performancemotor missing LDW, BSD, ACC and others.
It is a really expensive SUV and many features are lacking like android auto.
Rearview visibility needs some getting used to.
Suspension sometimes seems to be overworked even on the easy road. Weird at times but mostly good overall.
Braking is too sharp.


Overall, if you have big $ in your pocket this car is fun to drive and offers a higher ride and plenty of storage. Sporty design exteriorly and rare car on the road. If you want exclusivity then BMW X2 is the one.

Overall design to me it looks like a blown up version of the 1er

During test drive I can feel the power of this X2 sDrive 20i

At least it is not underpowered

M Sports Steering is nice and sharp

M suspension is not too hard too
