Land Rover sets new all-time sales record In 2017

In 2017, Land Rover Singapore achieved an all-time sales record of 529 units as compared to 388 units in 2016. This represents a 36 percent year-on-year growth. With this performance, 2017 became the new record year for Land Rover sales, surpassing previous record achieved.
This made Land Rover one of the fastest-growing brands in the premium segment and contributed to the overall growth of Jaguar and Land Rover sales of 1,082 units in 2017, crossing the 1,000th mark for the first time in Singapore.
Two new models - the all new Discovery and the new Range Rover Velar - were launched in 2017, completing the Discovery and Range Rover family.
This allows customers to have a wider range of Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) that cater to their differing needs. The launch of the new models also generated interests to the brand, contributing to the growth of the brand presence and sales volume.
The all new Land Rover Discovery, a full-sized, three-row, seven-seat SUV launched in August 2017, delivers comfort, adaptability and capability like no other with its strong, safe and light architecture. The new Range Rover Velar brings a new dimension of glamour, modernity and elegance to the Range Rover family.
Designed to fill the space between the Range Rover Evoque and Range Rover Sport, the Velar offers levels of luxury, refinement and all-terrain capability never before seen in the mid-size SUV segment, attracting a new group of customers.
