There is no better time than the school holidays for some family bonding. True to the brand's DNA and in the spirit of adventure, Land Rover owners spent their Father's Day weekend camping in the Singapore Zoo with a series of fun-filled activities in June. This is the first time an automotive brand has organised a camping adventure in the zoo as part of its CRM programme.
Some highlights from the weekend camp include the RepTopia Tour where participants had a close encounter with special reptiles like the Caiman Lizard and Ball Python, leaving their senses intrigued. They also got to go behind the scenes of the Fragile Forest's breeding complex to interact with the spineless wonders.
Families including the little ones learnt the basic pitching techniques and even set one up themselves. This was their accommodation for the night, sleeping under the stars by the calm and serene Mandai Lake.
Contests for the Fastest Tent-pitchers and Best Dressed Family were held where the winners were rewarded with Land Rover merchandise.
A photo opportunity with the Orangutans made breakfast with the wildlife a special and unique dining experience. The weekend stay in the zoo was definitely a memorable and educational one for all.
