Borneo Motors (Singapore) reinforces its partnership with the Singapore National Olympic Council as part of global 'Start your Impossible' initiative.

Borneo Motors (Singapore) has announced that it has officially handed over a Toyota Vellfire to the Singapore National Olympic Council at Toyota Singapore's Leng Kee Showroom, signifying the former's ongoing partnership commitment to the Singapore National Olympic Council. Speaker of Parliament & President of Singapore National Olympic Council, Mr. Tan Chuan-Jin, was present to receive the vehicle on behalf of the organisation.

As part of championing Toyota's global 'Start Your Impossible' (SYI) initiative, Borneo Motors (Singapore) is honoured to be the Official Mobility Partner of the Singapore National Olympic Council, providing support for the organisation in their local events.

Mr. Tan Chuan-Jin says, "We are grateful to Toyota and Borneo Motors for their continued support towards the Singapore National Olympic Council and the Olympic Movement in Singapore. Their commitment to sport and to our athletes provides additional encouragement to the team preparing for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games."

On what the collaboration means, Mr. Tan explains, "This partnership reinforces the confidence the corporate community has in Singapore sport, and we hope it will spur more in the community to come forward to support and cheer on our athletes as they prepare for their journey to Tokyo."

The SYI initiative marks Toyota's ongoing commitment to transform into a mobility company, supporting the creation of a more inclusive, sustainable and mobile society in which everyone can challenge their impossible. On the back of Toyota's Worldwide partnership with the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee, SYI also aims to champion the fighting spirit of Olympic and Paralympic athletes who are continually challenging their 'impossible'.
