Users of the OneService app can now submit reports on illegal parking along roads, and at Housing and Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) car parks in Singapore. Motorcycles parked at HDB void decks can also be reported for violating parking rules.
Previously, one could make a report on illegal parking by calling the Land Transport Authority's dedicated illegal parking hotline at 1800 338 6622.

Once a user makes a report, it is understood that it will facilitate the deployment of parking enforcement wardens to address the illegal parking issue if it is on a public road or a HDB/URA car park.
According to the post by OneService on Facebook, parking wardens will be alerted directly to the feedback.
The OneService app, launched in January 2015, is part of the Ministry of National Development's on-going efforts to provide a channel for reporting municipal issues.
For vehicle owners, the app also offers a parking payment function, as well as a HDB and URA car park finder.
