Everrati Automotive Limited, an automotive technology company specialising in the redefining and futureproofing of automotive icons, or 'restomods', has unveiled a new 500bhp 'Signature' wide body model.
The car is based upon a fully restored 1991 Porsche 911 964. Following an intensive test and development programme, the Everrati 'Signature' wide body model will be finished to bespoke standards and offered to customers as part of the company's portfolio of restored, remastered and electrified automotive icons.
The Signature's wide body begins with a solid, accident-free example of a Porsche 911 964, providing the basis for restoration and modification. The first stage of the car's metamorphosis is a careful disassembly back to its bare monocoque chassis. All bodywork, powertrain and interior components are then removed from the car.
Everrati replaces the steel front and rear wings and bonnet with custom produced carbon fibre parts.
The same material is also used for the doors, albeit reinforced with high strength steel. A carbon fibre roof is also offered, and the front and rear bumpers are refitted with genuine Porsche wide body items, to which RS Cup air vents are added.
Sending 500bhp to the rear wheels, the new Everrati Signature has more than double the power output of the original Porsche 964. With 500Nm delivered instantly, the car can accelerate to from zero to 100km/h in less than four seconds.
To create exceptional handling, Everrati retains the car's aluminium rear trailing suspension arms, which are refurbished, coupled with motorsport-grade springs and dampers. This ensures a compliant, quiet and comfortable ride on the road while still offering superb control during spirited driving.
In the interior, the exquisitely finished cabin can be personalised to customers' individual tastes in numerous ways, with a wide range of optional materials and fittings.
Everrati reinstalls the original Porsche seats, which are significantly enhanced for comfort and replicate the look of the original RS Touring Seats. All seats have four-way electrical adjustment and manual recline and tilt functions.
In addition, a modern Porsche Classic Communications Management with full touch screen navigation, Bluetooth, and Apple Car Play is added. All of the car's traditional gauges are replaced with Porsche-inspired EV gauges.
Prices for each commission begin at £250,000 ($469,000 SGD) plus relevant taxes, based on a customer-supplied donor car.
