The Sony XAV-9500ES features innovative technology that raises the bar for the premium in-car listening experience.

Sony announced the XAV-9500ES - the Mobile ES lineup's first in-car media receiver with high-res audio capabilities. With a sleek, high definition 10.1-inch display, the 9500ES offers high-quality sound, customisable audio features, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connection, raising the bar for the premium in-car listening experience.

The 9500ES supports a variety of high-resolution audio formats including 192 kHz and 24-bit WAV, enabling studio-quality sound with high-resolution audio. A built-in premium four-channel class A/B amplifier boosts audio quality.

In terms of construction, the 9500ES is made from carefully selected components. Audiophile-grade high-polymer solid electrolytic capacitors, which are custom-made exclusively for Sony's high-end products deliver stable for a clear and powerful bass.

As for the 10.1-inch LCD touchscreen, its anti-glare and capacitive touch capabilities enable smooth and effortless operation. The 1280 x 720 HD touchscreen offers an enhanced user interface, and customisable wallpaper and icon positionings. An 'Ultra-sleek Floating Display' concept is both visually attractive and functional, allowing for flexible installation options.

Other features of the 9500ES include USB Type-C high-current charging of up to 3A, and support for up to three connected cameras when the vehicle is reversing. Sony's Quick Wake Up feature enables near-instantaneous startup after turning on the engine.
