Porsche has revealed the facelifted Macan.

Up front, the compact SUV has received a redesigned nose. A new inlay, finished in the exterior colour (but staying black on the GTS), emphasises the Macan's width, making it look even more imposing on the road.

The new Porsche Macan gets a redesigned diffuser with a pattern that can be repeated on the car's sideblades if desired
The rear of the Porsche Macan has a new diffuser. LED head lights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System and Sport Design exterior mirrors are now standard on all models.

In the cabin of the Porsche Macan, various touch surfaces have replaced tactile buttons. There's also a new, shorter gear selector, and the new multifunction and GT Sport steering wheels from the 911. The analogue clock at the top of the dashboard is now also standard equipment.

A number of leather upholstery and contrasting seam packages in Gentian Blue, Papaya or Crayon are optionally available to add new colour highlights to the interior.

The car now uses the steering wheel from the 911, while that analogue clock at the top of the dashboard is now standard
The Porsche Macan range is also getting a significant power upgrade. The top-of-the-line Macan GTS now delivers 434bhp (a 59bhp upgrade). With the responsiveness and power delivery typical of Porsche GTS cars, it completes the zero to 100km/h sprint in 4.3 seconds when fitted with the Sport Chrono package and reaches a top speed of 272km/h.

The Macan S is now also equipped with a 2.9-litre V6 bi-turbo engine that produces 26bhp more power than before, with 375bhp. This propels the vehicle from a standstill to 100km/h in 4.6 seconds while it has a top speed of up to 259km/h.

A newly developed, turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 261bhp now serves as the entry point to the Macan world. It completes the standard zero to 100km/h sprint in 6.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 232km/h.

All engines are coupled to the seven-speed Porsche dual-clutch transmission and the Porsche Traction Management all-wheel drive system.
