Honda latest Civic scored favourably for adult and child occupant protection, as well as for its safety technologies and motorcyclist safety.

The 11th generation Honda Civic has received a five-star rating in the latest ASEAN NCAP (New Car Assessment Program for South East Asia) test under the new assessment protocol.

The Honda Civic achieved an overall score of 83.47 out of 100 in the tests, receiving impressive scores for Adult Occupant Protection, Child Occupant Protection, Safety Assist Technologies, and Motorcyclist Safety. The Honda Civic comes with Honda's advanced suite of safety systems, Honda Sensing, which provides warnings and supports the driver in avoiding or mitigating the severity of a collision.

Honda Sensing also comes with technologies that include, Collision Mitigation Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Road Departure Mitigation, Auto High-Beam, and Lead Car Departure Notification. It is also equipped with a wide range of advanced safety features such as Honda LaneWatch, Driver Attention Monitor, and a Multi-angle Rear-View Camera.
