The Audi e-tron S Sportback has arrived in Singapore.

On the exterior, the performance-oriented variant of the e-tron SUV gets silver accents on the front and rear aprons, alongside widened wheel arches for a squatter stance. Customers here in Singapore may opt to have the lower section of their car finished in a contrasting colour.

Customers here will be able to get their Audi e-tron S Sportback with choice of rims ranging from 20 to 22 inches in diameter
Sportier and more agile than the e-tron Sportback, the e-tron S Sportback also gets three electric motors (two at the rear axle and one at the front) pushing out a total of 423bhp and 808Nm of torque.

But for just eight magical seconds, the e-tron Sportback S is also able to deploy a peak of 496bhp and 973Nm of torque once set into its S gear. That output is enough, mind, to send the 2,620kg SUV from a standstill to 100km/h in just 4.5 seconds.

All that power is supplied by a 95kWh battery, which gives the Audi e-tron Sportback a WLTP range of 370km. Charging for the e-tron S Sportback meanwhile, can be done at speeds of up to 11kW via alternating current, while direct current charging can be done at a peak speed of 150kW.

And reigning in that high weight for the e-tron Sportback S is a low centre of gravity, thanks to a battery installed low in the car's body. The SUV also comes with progressive steering, alongside a sportier setup for its adaptive air suspension.

Setting the car into its S mode will unlock its maximum 496bhp, available for eight seconds at a time
Audi Singapore states that the e-tron S Sportback will come with 20-inch wheels as standard, while 21-inch wheels are available, and 22-inch items will additionally be available on request.

These rims will house brake calipers finished in black and featuring the S logo. Customers may however, opt for bright orange calipers decorated with the e-tron logo.

Inside, the e-tron S Sportback comes equipped with the digital MMI touch response control system as seen in all of Audi's larger products. The system pairs two centrally mounted touch-sensitive displays, both capable of delivering acoustic and haptic feedback.

The Audi virtual cockpit meanwhile, will offer a special e-tron screen that moves the electric drive to center stage. A head-up display will be available as an added option.
