In the second round of bidding for August, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums rose for Cat A and B while premiums for Cat E fell.

The increase in COE premiums this session could have been fuelled by increased new car buying activity resulting from the recent [email protected] event. This could also explain the increase in bids received for Cat A and B.
