The European crash test organisation Euro NCAP has awarded the all-electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz with a five star safety rating.

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz has attained five stars for vehicle safety from Euro NCAP.
The five star rating represents an excellent overall rating both for collision and occupant protection, and reflects the proper safety equipment that the car possesses, along with comprehensive accident avoidance technology.
The ID. Buzz is also equipped as standard with driver, front passenger, centre, and side airbags in the cockpit, and curtain airbags in front of the windows.
With a score of 92%, the electric bus from Volkswagen achieved a very good result due to the combination of airbags, and the design of the body structure.
Other Volkswagen models such as the Polo, Taigo, Golf and ID.5 also received the five star rating this year.
