Honda has announced to reveal the American market specific, 2015 Honda Fit, and the 2015 Acura TLX Prototype at the upcoming North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).

According to Honda, the 2015 Fit will build on the outgoing model's innovative packaging, flexible cargo capability and fun to drive character with spirited new styling, a spacious and refined interior that is packed with leading edge connected car technologies.

The third generation Fit is set to offer enhanced fuel efficiency and performance courtesy of its all new platform and Earth Dreams Technology powertrain.

The 2015 Acura TLX Prototype will mark the debut of a performance luxury mid-size sedan that replaces the outgoing TL model. In conjunction with the launch of the production TLX in the second half of next year, Acura will discontinue sales of the TSX model in 2014, as it moves to clarify its sedan line up with a clear hierarchy of three distinct.

According to Honda, the TLX prototype will feature more emotional styling with tidier, sports sedan proportions wrapped around two new advanced powertrains that provide even more dynamic performance. Acura will offer a wider range of choices for the TLX with two new, high-performance and highly fuel-efficient direct-injected engines, each mated to new advanced transmission. The TLX is available in either two-wheel drive or all-wheel drive configurations.

The Honda press conference will take place at NAIAS on 13th January, while the Acura press conference will be held the next day.
