By registering an account on our Website you are agreeing to these Car Owners Advertising Terms ("Car Owners Conditions") as well as the Advertising General Terms And Conditions ("Advertising Conditions") which are hereby incorporated by reference into these Car Owners Conditions. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between these Car Owners Conditions and the Advertising Conditions, these Car Owners Conditions shall govern and take precedence over the Advertising Conditions.

1. Details for each advertisement are to be submitted to us through our Website.
2. Full payment of the advertising fee is required at the time of submission of advertisement details.
3. Each advertisement will be for one (1) motor vehicle and be displayed on our Website ("Ad Duration") for up to 12 months. The advertisement will be removed after the 6th week in the event that:
   1. The Advertiser is a professional seller, eg car dealer
   2. The advertised vehicle has a change in ownership
   3. The Advertiser has not updated the advertisement for more than 12 days
   4. Sgcarmart receives a non-consignment advertisement submission for the same vehicle by the Advertiser, or any other advertisers.
4. Only advertisements of vehicle meant for local sale in Singapore will be accepted.
5. The motor vehicle in each advertisement cannot be changed or replaced for the Ad Duration.
6. The Advertiser must remain contactable by us for the Ad Duration. If we are unable to contact the Advertiser for three (3) consecutive days, the advertisement will be removed from our Website.
7. It is compulsory for the Advertiser to display his contact number after the 6th week of the Ad Duration, and the contact number must be valid.
8. We may require you to provide further documentation before displaying your advertisement in the event that the motor vehicle described therein belongs to a special category (including but not limited to "imported used vehicle", "STA approved vehicle", etc).
9. We reserve the right to terminate the Service and this Car Owners Conditions immediately in the event that you breach any of the terms in this Car Owners Conditions or the Advertising Conditions. In the event of such termination, we will not refund any monies already paid by you.

Once advertisement is lived, we do not allow any refund.

These Car Owners Conditions (including the Advertising Conditions) contains all the terms agreed between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes and excludes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between the parties, whether oral or in writing. No representation, undertaking or promise shall be taken to have been given or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between the parties prior to these Car Owners Conditions except as expressly stated in these Car Owners Conditions. Neither party shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other upon which that party relied in entering into these Car Owners Conditions (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently or was as to a matter fundamental to a party's ability to perform these Car Owners Conditions) and that party's only remedies shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Car Owners Conditions. However, the service is provided to you under our operating rules, policies, and procedures as published from time to time on our Website.
