Deregistration Value

The deregistration value of a vehicle is amount one will get back from the government upon deregistering the vehicle for use in Singapore. It is the sum of the COE rebate and the PARF rebate.
The COE rebate is a percentage of the original COE value.
The PARF rebate is a percentage of the original OMV (Open Market Value).

The deregistration value is commonly termed as the "paper value". Read more about the LTA COE/PARF rebate scheme.

Note that the deregistration value does not include the body value of the vehicle. The body value fluctuates with time, and can only be determined by used car dealers.
