Bridgestone B-Select - An evolution in the tyre buying experience

Developed by Bridgestone, the B-Select tyre service outlet is a completely new and innovative retail store concept being introduced to the Asia Pacific region, and is already operating in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and India.

Today, Bridgestone has six B-Select stores islandwide, catering to customers from every corner of the state with a complete range of Bridgestone tyres.

Cool, so what can I expect?

B-Select tyre concept stores are catered to anyone and everyone; seasoned tyre buyers, drivers new to tyre purchases, or even drivers who require complimentary tyre inspection and consultation.

The company's emphasis on safety and ensures that all B-Select staff are armed with protective equipment. They are also highly-trained in technical skills, product knowledge, professional customer service, and store operation.

More importantly, every B-Select tyre concept store is home to a comfortable and cosy customer lounge. The lounges are safe waiting areas for your family and you to escape the heat and humidity. It also doubles up as an integrated viewing room with refreshments and you can watch your tyres get changed while enjoying a nice cold drink.
While there, you can check out the clear retail displays with transparent prices or have a chat with the friendly, knowledgeable and professional crew.

One of the outlets we visited, B-Select CLH Tyres Trading, had a Bridgestone lifestyle product corner, where customers can browse through the brand's lifestyle products.

What about my car, then?

At the same time, your car gets taken care of by the mechanics at the workshop zone. Unlike stereotypical 'old' maintenance and repair shops, the work zone at B-Select tyre concept stores feature bright, airy atmospheres with anti-slip flooring, tyre safety cages and protective gear for the mechanics.

Not only are the mechanics trained to the nines, each B-Select tyre concept store prides itself on using the latest tyre changing machines for conventional and run-flat tyres, wheel balancing machines, alignment machines at selected B-Select outlets, computer-regulated tyre inflation and free nitrogen top-up for tyres.
