There are two kinds of people in this world: Those that swear by stout and those who prefer quenching their thirst with regular beer. The Toyota Alphard was developed with "luxurious and valiant" as its theme to convey a distinctive luxurious look and feel, while the Toyota Vellfire was developed with "bold and daring" as its motto to express a sense of drama and robustness. Whichever design tickles your fancy, you definitely can have your cake and eat it too.
But even if you have to do the driving, the Alphard and Vellfire feel neither huge nor cumbersome when you're on the road. Thanks to their equally sizable mirrors and raised driving position, you get a clear view of what's ahead and around you. Whether you are kicking it in the plush second row seats or piloting these luxurious masses down the highway, it is still a very comfortable experience akin to wolfing down a nice warm plate of chai tow kway after a long and tiring day at the office.
