French firm Alstom will be supplying 17 new trains equipped with condition monitoring systems to increase the capacity of the North-East Line and Circle Line.
French trainmaker Alstom aims to diversify into other mobility businesses and says it will have an operational electric bus for the Singapore market by 2019.
