TransitLink will refund concession cardholders the unused value of their monthly concession passes till the end of the circuit breaker period.
Commuters can get their hands on an Off-Peak Pass from 28th of June. They costs $80 while senior citizen and persons with disabilities can get the pass for $40.
The Government is launching a new monthly pass with the aim of encouraging commuters to travel during off-peak hours.
