Owners of e-scooters can register their devices at the Land Transport Authority's website or any SingPost post office from 2 January.
The Government has made it mandatory for e-scooter users to register their personal mobility devices from the second half of this year.

E-bicycles must be registered by 31st January, and owners of power-assisted bicycles without a valid registration plate after deadline can be fined or jailed.
There are now seven rules for electric bike users to abide by as the Transport Ministry plans to make registration compulsory.
