SMRT Trains has been fined $400,000 for failing to take practicable steps to ensure the safety and health of its employees at a workplace.
The Land Transport Authority intends to impose a financial penalty of $5.4 million on SMRT Corporation for the system-wide disruption on 7th July this year.
