Ride-hailing app Uber has rolled out a slew of initiatives aimed at keeping its own drivers satisfied and motivated.
While other fleet owners rent out private-hire cars for a fee, S Dreams will pay its drivers a fixed salary; but it will collect all its drivers' fare revenue.
GrabCar launched an incentive programme promising $1,550 a week on top of the drivers' fare earnings, which is the most since the service was launched.
