The Audi Q4 e-tron is now being offered as a new variant.
The Q4 e-tron and Q4 e-tron Sportback can now be had as a '40' variant, which delivers a total of 150kW (201bhp). This output means the electric Q4 e-tron premium crossover can complete the century sprint in 8.1 seconds, while offering a range of 412km, courtesy of a 63kWh battery. For some comparison, the firm revealed a '35' entry-level variant of the Q4 e-tron in July 2024, which comes with a 55kWh battery and offers a total power output of 168bhp.
Pick the Sportback variant and this range increases to 423km. Charging this 63kWh battery, meanwhile, can be done at up to 165kW, which will see a 10% to 80% charge completed in just 24 minutes.
Audi states that owners of the Q4 e-tron will now be able to manually enable battery preheating via the car's MMI system. A new predictive maintenance reminder system will also show customers the status of their vehicle and its components via colour-coded indicators.
The new Audi Q4 40 e-tron will come equipped with access to the Audi application store, which offers access to apps across categories including news as well as sports and games.
Audi is offering the Audi Q4 40 e-tron internationally with Audi's MMI navigation plus system, Audi connect navigation and infotainment, and the fully digital 10.25-inch Audi virtual cockpit instrument cluster as standard equipment. Audi is receiving orders for both body versions of the new variant internationally starting in February 2025.
