BMW is launching a broad catalogue of M Performance Parts and genuine accessories alongside the updated BMW X5 and the first fully electric BMW iX5, giving owners more options to tailor their vehicles for both style and everyday practicality.
The performance-focused additions centre on exterior enhancements designed to sharpen the SUV's appearance. Buyers can specify carbon fibre front trims for the illuminated BMW Iconic Glow kidney grille, a three-piece carbon front splitter, a gloss black roof spoiler, and carbon flow blades integrated into the rear bumper area.
BMW has also introduced exterior mirror caps and a rear diffuser made from aramid composite. While visually similar to carbon fibre, the material allows electromagnetic signals to pass through, ensuring that sensors, antennas and automated tailgate functions continue to operate as intended.
Wheel options form a major part of the M Performance range. Summer and winter complete wheel packages will be available in sizes ranging from 21 to 23 inches. The headline item is a new 23-inch Y-spoke 1110 M light alloy wheel finished in Jet Black with gloss-milled detailing.
Beyond aesthetics, BMW is also expanding the X5 and iX5's utility. A new generation of BMW Aero roof boxes will be offered in 350-, 450- and 550-litre capacities. Each provides an additional 30 litres of space over its predecessor while benefiting from improved aerodynamic efficiency. Matching luggage bags have been developed to maximise packing efficiency within the roof boxes and BMW's rear-mounted storage solutions.
Rear-seat passengers have not been forgotten. BMW's Travel & Comfort System can be equipped with tablet holders, a new adjustable tablet holder Pro, and a smartphone adapter capable of accommodating devices up to seven inches in size.
Completing the range are all-weather floor mats and a waterproof luggage compartment mat, aimed at helping owners protect the interior from mud, water and everyday wear. Together, the additions highlight BMW's growing focus on personalisation, allowing X5 and iX5 owners greater flexibility without altering the core character of the SUVs.
