  • It's the New Beetle Weekend

    29 Oct 2009

Volkswagen will bring a little extra happiness into people's lives from 31 October to 1 November

This weekend, Volkswagen Centre Singapore will be all dressed up to celebrate one of the true icons of the car world - the New Beetle. Visitors will be greeted by a beautiful sunflower garden in front of the showroom and tasty treats are in store for the whole family inside, including Turkish ice cream, candy floss, popcorn and donuts. Wash these down with a refreshing drink from the juice bar.

There will also be plenty of fun photo opportunities with the sunflower-covered New Beetle, and the sunflower-filled New Beetle Cabriolet. Visitors can bring home free instant photographs of themselves with these one-of-a-kind cars.

Of course, it wouldn't be a real celebration without a fantastic deal to match. So for this weekend only, the New Beetle 1.6 is going for just $73,800 with COE - that's $8,000 off the list price.

The price may be low but the New Beetle 1.6 still comes packed with standard equipment, like a six-speed automatic gearbox with Tiptronic manual override, four airbags, leather upholstery and 15-inch alloy wheels.
