Kia builds 1:1 scale model of the EV6 with LEGO

Kia is set to exhibit a model EV6 made exclusively of LEGO bricks at the Milan Design Week.
Titled Brick to the Future, the exhibit is a 1:1 scale model, made up of 350,000 bricks in total. Designed to celebrate the power of inspiration and imagination, the model has been built to convey the idea that the future of sustainable mobility can be built brick by brick.
The scale model was commissioned by Kia Italy and is said to have consumed more than 800 hours of work by BrickVision, a firm founded by Riccardo Zangelmi, Italy's first and only LEGO Certified Professional. For the Brick To The Future Kia EV6, Zangelmi's team spent four months and even came up with a functioning lighting system to ensure the EV6's highly distinctive lighting personality remains visible from every angle.
