Nissan has unveiled the updated Juke in the U.K.
Top story for the new crossover is the fact that a new Yellow exterior colour is now being offered for the car, which we think should prove popular amongst those who love the extraverted styling of the car.
And for those who want something a little less loud, a revised Pearl Black is also available which is said to be richer and darker thanks to the use of more carbon black pigment as well as the replacement of its metallic flake with a glass flake to deliver a greater sparkle.
More practical upgrades for this new Nissan Juke include the change to a 12.3-inch infotainment display from the 8.0-inch system of its predecessor, while high specification models will also come with a 12.3-inch digital driver's instrument cluster.
The upgraded infotainment system now offers a more intuitive home screen, which can be customised to include the user's more frequently used widgets. Voice recognition from the new system is also said to have been improved.
Nissan is also offering the Juke with a new 'N-Sport' trim in the U.K., which finishes the car with a dashboard that sports a yellow boomerang-shaped highlight, as well as seats complete with a yellow recycled Alcantara inserts to match the new exterior colour.
The Nissan Juke is also now available with a wireless smartphone charging pad, and both USB-A and USB-C charging points are now available for passengers seated in its rear seats.
The crossover continues to be offered with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbocharged engine that develops a total of 112bhp and comes paired with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. A 141bhp hybrid drivetrain is also available, which delivers a WLTP fuel economy of up to 20.8km/L.
Nissan states that more than 1.3 million examples of the Juke have been built at its U.K. Sunderland Plant since the model was launched in 2010. This current Nissan Juke will continue to be built there alongside the Nissan Qashqai.
