The two new Porsche eBikes are said to reflect the timeless design, outstanding technical features and fascination of the Porsche brand.

Porsche has introduced two new eBikes to the market, both of which reflect the timeless design and outstanding technical features synonymous with the Porsche brand.

The Porsche eBike Sport is perfect for daily rides, whether in the city or the countryside. It utilises a powerful and ultra-compact Shimano EP8 motor, which provides motor support up to speeds of 25km/h. This motor is paired with a Shimano electronic gear shifting system to guarantee optimum performance.

The Porsche eBike Cross utilises a mechanical Shimano XT 12-fold shifting system for fast gear changes
The bike also gets Magura high-performance brakes that are integrated into the handlebars, and M99 LED lights from lighting specialist Supernova, which are embedded in the handlebar stem and aerodynamic seat post.

High-quality suspension components such as the Magura upside-down suspension fork and the Fox rear shock absorber, in combination with smooth-running tyres, provide a sporty and balanced ride on asphalt or gentle terrain.

The Porsche eBike Cross meanwhile, is more at home in the countryside. It sports Magura-MT Trail high-performance brakes for optimum deceleration, while the mechanical Shimano XT 12-fold shifting system enables fast gear changes according to the rider's needs and the terrain.

A load-bearing rear carrier is also available for the Taycan Cross Turismo to ferry both the Porsche eBikes
Both models were also inspired by the sporty character of the Porsche Taycan. The wheels draw inspiration from the naturally shaped carbon frame of the vehicle's fly line.

And in combination with the two bikes, Porsche has developed a unique strong load-bearing rear carrier for the new Taycan Cross Turismo, perfectly designed for transporting the eBikes.

Thanks to long wheel rails and a high payload of 50kg, up to two eBikes can be mounted and the tailgate can still be opened while loaded. The carrier can also be used universally for different types of bikes and can be upgraded with an additional rail for a third bike if desired.
