Shell marks roll out of new Shell Select concept

Experiencing a headache when behind the wheel? Looking for the perfect drink to pair with the night's dinner? Or maybe you're thinking your car needs a bit of a refresh? The next Shell station could now see to these issues.

Shell has officially launched a refreshed Shell Select store concept here in Singapore, intended to offer motorists here easier access to a host of everyday essentials and lifestyle items from well-known brands.

Held at Shell Sengkang, the launch event for this new Shell Select concept saw the firm's partners and members of the media participating in a host of activities designed to introduce the new offerings that everyone can look forward to the next time they stop for fuel.

The first of these new offerings is Watsons Lite. Described as being the first such retail concept between Watsons and Shell in the world, this new collaboration will see motorists being able to secure a host of new health and personal care essentials from a nearby Shell station.

But there's more. As part of this new Shell Select experience, the firm is also now collaborating with home and lifestyle brand HOOGA, so those visiting for fuel will also be able to secure car scent products.

Still yet to have picked out a bottle of wine for Valentines or the upcoming Lunar New Year celebrations? Shell also now has you covered. A new collaboration with wine marketplace Vivino means all will now be able to get a host of wines all at a host of Shell stations.

And there's no need to fret about just which bottle to get either: Vivino is offering its know-how here, labelling its offered drinks with ratings and tasting notes so you know which will best suit your taste or pair with that special dish you have planned for the evening.

The refreshed Shell Select is currently available at 12 Shell service stations across Singapore (see the table below), although the firm does state that more locations and enhancements are still planned and will be rolled out progressively.

And here's another reason why you might want to make the drive to these service stations: Shell is offering discounts of up to 30% on various HOOGA, Vivino, and Shell Cafe products at participating Shell Select stores from now until 31 March 2026.
