One of the best budget performance cars

Review

The lotus, I must admit is a very affordable high performance car. Unlike most high performance cars, it has a decent petrol consumption and is quite cheap to buy, at just a quarter of a million dollars. Acceleration to 100km/h is decent at 5.2s. Although interior is too small for my liking, seats are supportive and offer a good driving position. However, there are very little accessories to go with this, and even scrimps on security, which is a major issue for this type of "flashy" car. Airbags are limited so safety is compromised. To enter, you must really crush yourself to enter the car. One major issue is that the lotus is awfully noisy, and although racing fanatics may like the noise, it is not a good car to drive in the city, especially in a jam. With this noise, forget about conversations in the car. The car handles well and looks good, making it an excellent beginner's racing car.
