I test drove the car last year and it has the 'don't mess with me look'. Comfort was great and monsoon system sound great. Handling was quite okay.

I test drove a second-hand Hummer H3 luxury. From the outside, it is spectacular. Looks good, and attracts as much attention as a rolls-royce, despite being much much cheaper. And the chrome grille is simply WOW! The size of the car is quite big (around Volvo XC90), despite being the smallest hummer, so expect plenty of road presence.
Step in, and you will faint from shock. Despite its huge physique, the inside is only as big as a toyota corolla! What happened to all that space?
Turn on the engine, and you might be forgiven for thinking you're in a truck. Very noisy, refinement near zero. When driving, the engine lacks torque, and struggles to carry the weight of the car on the highway, at faster speeds. Steering lacks feel, but this is typical of SUVs, so no complaints here.Typical SUV high position, giving you a bird's eye view of the road, so seeing the road is really easy.
The fuel consumption.....worse than bad.
Buy this car if you really want to be quirky, and attract attention. This car is truly unique in its own way. But the quality of the ride and drive disappoints me.

The Hummer shares the same chasis and wheelbase as the Chevriolet Tahoe, but with a different body.
I drove the Hummer H2 during my holiday in Las Vegas. Nothing great to shout about except for its size.
An absolute gas guzzler, units sold in S'pore are expected to be very limited, and buyers have to be cautious about the after sales service and availability of spare parts which may be hard to come by and expensive.
If you want size, got for the Toyota Fortuner at a fraction of the Hummer's price.

If you have few hundred thousand bugs to spend on this, congrats, you've bought one of the worst vehicle since... probably ever. For a car that cost $200,000 is worth nothing. To start, there's no GPS like the Touareg and no DVD-monitor like the one in the Landcruiser, what you've got is a tank on 4 wheels which actually s**ks and also to add is uncomfortable to drive. The engine isn't as powerful as it should and the engine does not deliver as it should. My advice, buy a touareg or an XC90. Try not to buy Hummer unless you have gone totally bonkers and thought it's a fashion statement. I also watch MTV and if they've evolved to hybrids, so can you.

Its a car where almost every boy would want, like me. But of cause this car appeals to most ladies just like my mom. Its built like a tank, big as a house; metaphorically speaking, and is most definitely a fashion statement. Just like the iPhone.
