good engine performance for a 1.6 car!

I was considering this or a Touran. Both have small cc but good handling and bhp, but decided on the Pug due to its eccentric design and its engine. Its the same 1.6 twin scroll turbo engine in the mini cooper! i believe peugeot de-tuned the engine, but i'm looking to remap and re-tuned the ecu.. looking to hit 200bhp at least
