No regrets after 8 years of ownership!

After 8 years of ownership direct from the local agent, every drive is still fun and pleasurable. This joint design by Toyota and Subaru has led to great reliability, and an aesthetic that can age well. Saving up hard to renew the COE for another 10 years.

Superb Handling

This is my 3rd Subaru. Started from a 2005 Auto WRX, followed by a 2009 STI, and now a 2013 BRZ. Although not as quick as the WRX or STI and not AWD, it is a joy to drive as I love the low driving position and superb handling going around bends, especially South Bouna Vista Road. The car remains flat and does not wobble!

Best handling car I have owned.

Car handles extremely well and is very responsive to driver input and overall performance is above expectations. Engine wise it is powerful enough (of course more would be even better), it has almost max torque in the low-mid band to navigate Singapore city roads efficiently; after the torque dip, it pulls strongly to the redline, a very rev happy engine indeed. The LSD really makes it fun powering out of corners or turns. Suspension is still (as expected) and acceptable as a daily driver. Topping off the car shape, a head turner it is. Interior could be better. The locally installed leather seat is of moderate quality.
