Bought the T3 for our office on early 2023 and in 2 years time, the plastic latch to open the charging port has issue. We brought the vehicle to ST (Authorized Service Center) for checking. We received the quote for S$740 (Parts cost S$450 and labour cost S$225). Even though when we bought it, there is 8 years for battery, 5 years for motor and 3 years for vehicle, please note there are many hidden clauses. Please check diligently before purchasing.
Also, recalling after 6 months purchasing, the battery went flat and not able to start the vehicle. For "goodwill", they gave us replacement battery. And in also occasionally not able to charge full. They blame the charging port company.
Kindly note we bought brand new T3.
Not recommend to purchase based on current use for only less than 3 years.
We bought 2x Nissan Petrol van and lorry a year before purchasing this BYD and so far it doesn't give us major issue.
For users who intend to purchase BYD T3, please take note !

I haven't owned an eT3 myself, but I have had the opportunity to ride in one before as well as took a test drive. When I first experienced an electric van, I anticipated it would be similar to traditional vans: stuffy, uncomfortable, noisy, and bumpy. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite being a few years old, the van I rode in provided a refreshing experience.
The air conditioning was remarkably cool, and the ride remained comfortable even in our hot and humid climate. Stepping into the van for the first time, I couldn't help but wonder if I was actually inside a van at all. The seating was incredibly comfortable, possibly the most comfortable I've encountered in a commercial vehicle.
Growing up, I often accompanied my family on deliveries, giving me ample experience with various vans and lorries. In terms of range, it wasn't a major concern for me, given the abundance of charging points now available in Singapore. I appreciate the van's compact size, which allows it to navigate most HDB car parks with ease.

I recently had the pleasure of test-driving an electric van, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From its impressive range to its exceptional performance, this electric van has truly set a new standard in the world of commercial vehicles.
Its outstanding range, powerful performance, spacious interior, and environmental benefits make it a game-changer in the commercial vehicle market.
I wholeheartedly recommend giving this electric van serious consideration. It's a true testament to the incredible advancements in electric vehicle technology.

My Company used to own NV200 due to high cost in diesel so decided to give a try on BYD eT3 as it's EV which now it's easier to find chargers around SG and guess what the feel of driving it is exactly the same. The price doesn't burn a hole in the pocket after CVES rebate!

After test-driven many brands and models, T3 seems to be the best overall considering build, finishing, packaging, price and most importantly warranty and aftersales support. Strongly recommended. With what are available in the market considering all factors, i would think anyone could go for it without a doubt. Can't go wrong.
