Horrible Aftersales Service

This is my 2nd BMW which I bought about 1 year ago from Eurokars. My 1st BMW was bought from PML. Aftersales service between the two are world's apart. This was my 2nd poor service from Eurokars that I felt compelled that I'd let potential buyers know. My 1st bad encounter was some interior rattling noise in the armrest due to a missing part but Eurokars had initially refused to rectify. In Aug 2024, Eurokars had a Sparkle & Shine promo at $59 where the ads had described "Claying", "Polishing" & "Brilliance like you'd just driven off from the showroom". I was shocked when I'd clearly see water spots which is worse than a normal car wash at any petrol kiosks. The service supervisor had claimed that there is no polishing for $59. If no polishing, how to have "Sparkle & Shine"?... Read More

Not a real BMW

If you are upgrading from an altis, its an awesome car. If you have driven a BMW like series 3 or 5, you will despise the car. The 3 cyl works well if you are driving it normally but please dont tune it cos i have seen people destroy the car by doing it... Read More
