Worse car I've owned
I've owned this car for 1.5 years. My nightmare started from day 2 of owning the car, it got towed back. Since then, my car been in and out of the workshop for more than 6 times. Each time for many days even weeks with no answers on what's wrong with it.
I usually don't write reviews, but my experience with the Volkswagen Tiguan has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The car broke down unexpectedly time and again since owning it for only 1.5 years. Each time my car gets towed away,It left me completely stranded and has caused major inconvenience in my daily life.

If advisor finally gets back, it will be the same answer each time. Advisor don't know what's wrong with car. It's incredibly frustrating not knowing what's going on with the vehicle or how long it will take to resolve the issue time and again

It makes me wonder how can VW be selling defective cars knowing that their cars are not road worthy and unrealiable. I've been out of a car for many days now. With the weekend approaching, advisor said it's unlikely to let me know what's the status of my car at all. I'm totally helpless, and full of regrets on making the decision to buy this car...
