I have driven this car for 8 years and still going strong. I must say, it is really a great car that has yet to give me any problem (maybe is pure luck). Worth every single cent to drive this car.

I've had this car for 2 years now. Bought it 2nd hand at 5.5 years old.
It is reliable, has spacious interior and a commanding drive position.
Its a mini SUV, so I never worry about rough roads in Tuas (where I work) or pools after heavy rain. My wife is very much in love with how safe she feels when in the car. It's surprisingly low on FC.
Before I bought it, I was expecting 8km/L due to its size. But I'm getting much better numbers.
Simple engine means not hard to find workshops that know what to do.

This was the first time I have owned a SUV. Have looked around the market and found this to be the most value for money. And it's also a true SUV with 4WD. Typically SUVs are drinkers, but this is 1 frugal workhorse SUV. I have never gone off road with this, so I'm not sure of it's off road worthiness.

This car (Rush) have been with me for 5 years. Super reliable and 90% of the car still on stock. Very impress with the performance prior to the CC. Although my millage is super high, this car still in good shape. All you need to to maintain it. Parts are less expensive too

After driving the car for 4 years, there is sound starting to come out of the interior of the car. When I sent my car for servicing, the customer service was not very polite. They promised to return my car but in the end keep delaying, unreliable in their words. Car in work shop for five days and they dont even offer replacement car, lousy service.

Daihatsu Terios is Toyota Rush's best friend, i suppose. They both look the same.
The terios is nice from all angles to look at, especially at the front end. It has a macho 'face' and tall presence when viewed from other saloon cars.
Reasonable sized car. Can sit 2 fully grown adults in front and 3 adults in the back even for long distances.
It has a responsive engine and engaging to drive.
It handles well too but has abit of body roll due to high ride height.
FUel efficient at 12.34km/l combined (4wd with 2wd)
Never has the stucky feeling and has high grip levels due to permanent 4wd found on many leading more expensive offroaders such as land rovers, hummers, toyota land cruiser and others.
Also comes with e diff lock on 4wd models.
Very safe because it has 4 stars EURO Ncap.
Has the reliable feeling too.
One of the most appropriate cars to drive in singapore. As singapore has Smooth roads, speed limits.
Powerful power-to-weight ratio engine. 103bhp
Cheap and durable makes it cheap to maintain.
Worry free for 3 years (as of now) due to free warranty.
Good car. good car. cant wait for the next model to be launched.

I have tried Toyota Vios, Altis and Honda Jazz before buying this car. I would say that this is the best I have tried so far

I test drove this one about a year ago and was put off by the poor performance and the "scary" handling of the car! This mini SUV is really under power and the auto transmission doesn't seem to know which gear it should be in. Anyway i switched to second opinion and settled with something else much more better in terms of performance and handling. A humble Jimny!

Everything is good except that interior can be improved with more leather wrap and steering audio controls.

Terios is an awesome vehicle. I own one and and I love it. its small enough to be good to handle, big enought to get even your refrigerator inside, high enough as an SUV, rough enough to handle any road conditions, moreover 4wh drive make its a great vehicle. Go for it.. trust me you will never repent. The dealer in singapore is the best dealer I have ever visited very supportive pre and post sales and they have a good network as well. This car is very well suited for ladies also as the seating is high and car is not that long and hence easy to park. Anything and everything you want is in it..

Most suitable for those who only interested in a nice SUV and have tight budget. But interior is outdated and performance is not what you should look into when buying this car. As Style, is his only strong point. The rest is average...
