Review Unlike the Macan which uses an Audi 2.0L engine, the 2.0L in the 718 is from same engine block as the 911.
Losing 2 cylinders from its Boxer engine, it sounds rather terrible being a Porsche.
However, power is immense, especially in the 2.5L
Autocar UK claims that their 718 test was faster than an 2010 Audi r8 v10, Aston martin DBS and a f430 Ferrari around nurburgring!!
I did not buy this car after the test drive.
What I like -the power of the car- supercar level with under 4.2 seconds 0-100 sprint
-handling is perfect, even better than my 911.
What I do not like -sounds terrible compared to the older version, lost the 6 cylinder goodness and soul. sounds pretty much like a Subaru STI
-design did not change from previous cayman/boxster models
