I am extremely disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding my recent purchase of a HiLux from Skylink Auto.
Despite having a signed sales agreement, and salesman promise ex stock, the entire delivery process has been unreasonably delayed. When the vehicle finally became available for collection, the promised solar film, clearly promised several times will use 3M products, was not installed. This is a clear breach of the agreed terms.
Additionally, Mr. Jason Chua repeatedly assured me that he would provide a $100 CashCard as a goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. However, these promises were not fulfilled, and my follow-up WhatsApp messages have been ignored. Such behaviour is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company.
