Large cabin space, beautiful seats that is made up of non-allergy material which is very thoughtful especially for people with young kids. Smooth drive for a first timer to test drive a EV, impressive. Sale consultant, Alivn, was very professional and shared all the pros and cons, so that buyer is aware of what they are buying. ?
The Leapmotor C10 is a compelling and intelligent family SUV that punches above its weight in technology, space, and value. It's not the most thrilling drive, but it excels as a comfortable daily commuter and family hauler. Very spacious back seat
First saw this car during 2026 Motorshow, overall size and build is surprisingly good. Decided to go and get a test drive. After the drive, was impressed with the handling and power delivery. This car has been added to my current wish list.
I bought this car and picked it up on 23 Dec 2025. Having driven it around for more than a month, I can give my honest views from an owner's perspective.
In short, there is a lot to like about this car. However, its infotainment system is terrible and will prove a dealbreaker for many, especially with so many competitors such as the MGS6 EV (which came a month after I bought) or the Aion V Luxury. If they fixed the infotainment system issues (see below), this could be a pretty compelling option if you are looking for a large SUV EV.
This review is based on my personal experience after test driving multiple cars with similar price point. Showroom environment is clean and nicely done up. Had a great test drive experience too. The car feels comfortable and easy to drive, with smooth acceleration and good handling. It felt better as compared to other models that i tested. Vehicle feels more planted, acceleration is smooth with great interior space for my family of 4.
The salesperson was professional, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free.
Overall, the C10 offers excellent value for money with its features and pricing. Definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a practical and well-priced EV. Eventually i placed a booking after reviewing all 4 models.
Overall, I feel that this car is one of the better value for money cars in this segment. Large, comfortable and a decent drive for a Cat A EV SUV.
The styling also appeals to me more than more futuristic competitors.
Overall, it is definitely near the top of my shopping list when (if) COE premiums fall
Sale representatives responds slow and seem uninterested when corresponding to some deals or offer from customers point of view
This review is based on my personal experience of owning the C10 for two weeks. I chose this model after test-driving a C10 in Malaysia with a 160kW motor, which I found to be very comfortable, spacious, and well-handling than my more expensive SUV (ICE). When I heard that the Singapore market would be introducing the same model with a detuned 100kW motor for Category A, I was concerned that the reduced power would affect the driving experience, particularly in terms of acceleration and overtaking. After some hesitation, I decided to test drive the C10 in Singapore. The detuned 100kW motor surprised me with its responsiveness during acceleration and overtaking, comparable to the untuned 160kW motor. The only noticeable difference was when I floored the pedal, where the 160kW motor demonstrated its superior acceleration, even at higher speeds. While the 160kW motor may be more thrilling for those who enjoy flooring the pedal, it was not a decisive factor for me. After considering several prominent brands, I ultimately decided to purchase the C10. Switching from my 1-year-old mild hybrid GLB180 was a no-brainer, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
The four-star rating for motor performance isn't due to detuning. Some brands with similar motor size are faster, probably because of the weight.
