Honda's new N-BOX SLASH is a mini vehicle that features a boxy yet coupe-like form as well as a complete coordination of exterior design with a custom car taste.

A coupe-like exterior was created by lowering the roof by 100mm as compared to the N-BOX. Combined with the elevation of the window line towards the rear, the N-BOX SLASH mimics the look of a two-door coupe.

Highlights of the new N-BOX SLASH include a newly developed Sound Mapping System, which generates a full blown deep bass and high-quality sounds. An eight-speaker layout was designed to pursue powerful deep bass and totally balanced high-quality sound.

A compact back-loaded horn sub-woofer is installed at the lower part of the instrument panel for good bass reproduction. For vehicles equipped with the Sound Mapping System, soundproofing materials were added to obtain further enhanced quietness. The vehicle equipped with the Sound Mapping System is also equipped with a wireless charging device.

Five different styles (The Bright Rod Style, The Street Rod Style, The California Diner Style, The Hawaii Glide Style and The Tennessee Session Style) allow the owner to stand out from the crowd.

Other new features that will please drivers include the Electric Parking Brake that provides the driver with an enhanced sense of security, as well as the Mode Switching Steering, which enables the driver to select between two modes of power steering assist. 

Powered by a 660cc engine that is offered in both turbocharged (64bhp and 105Nm of torque) and non-turbocharged (58bhp and 65Nm of torque) configurations, the car can be had in either front or all-wheel drive. CVT transmission is standard throughout.
