The all new Hyundai Ioniq - an advanced, alternative-fuel compact vehicle from Hyundai Motor Company - will be available with an electric, plug-in hybrid or hybrid powertrain, with the Ioniq Hybrid variant to be first in market early 2017.
The Ioniq Hybrid is equipped with a newly developed, dedicated 1.6 GDI four-cylinder Kappa engine and a 32kW (42.9bhp) electric motor, which is fed by an advanced lithium-ion polymer battery. The two powertrains have a combined maximum output of 103.6kW (139bhp) and 147Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. A newly developed six-speed dual-clutch transmission provides responsive performance and a slick gear shift, resulting in an entertaining drive, and good fuel economy.
Komoco Motors Pte Ltd is confident that the all new Hyundai Ioniq will deliver its said optimal performance and is offering a 10-year unlimited hybrid battery warranty and five years of unlimited mileage warranty. The all new Hyundai Ioniq will premiere at the Singapore Motor Show on 12 January 2017.
