The 578bhp, naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10 engine remains unchanged, but durability of the power transmission elements is a focal area. Moderate modifications of the overall concept and longer service intervals for the clutch and transmission mean more time on the race track.

The dramatic new fascia and splitter are designed to give more consistent, predictable downforce that simplifies airflow to the rear, improving heat evacuation properties for the brakes.
